There are rumors floating around that she is going back to work, as in not working from home anymore but actually leaving the house for 8 or 9 or 10 or FOREVER hours a day. This cannot be happening. We have gotten very accustomed to her here at our beck and call 24/7. George is so traumatized he is circling the food bowl saying "Oh god, oh god, oh god" over and over again. Who's going to feed us?
Sssssh, no one tell Dudley yet. He'll die - ok, so maybe someone should tell Dudley. He is so attached to her, he follows her around like some kind of d-o-g, all day, it's down right embarassing. And when she does leave the house he sits on the hall table by the door the entire time she is gone. He doesn't know what it used to be like when they both went to work all day. He has only known her to be here all the time and the adjustment will be very hard on him. Actually, things are looking up! I hope he doesn't think that this means I will be nice to him!

Gretel, it will be ok. They will feel so sorry for you that you will get extra chicken when they make dinner. AND imagine what you can do to Dudley when they are not there for him to go running to...
